- Conduct preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Service and maintain the hotel pool, ensuring it remains safe and enjoyable for our guests.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems, utilizing your knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completion of maintenance logs and reports.
- Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems and other equipment as needed.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong reading, math, and communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work holidays and weekends.
