Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, utilizing your technical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Service and maintain the hotel pool, ensuring it remains safe and enjoyable for our guests.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems, utilizing your knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completion of maintenance logs and reports.
  • Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems and other equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends.
