Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, checking in patients for appointments, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check in patients for appointments, verify demographics, and collect payments.
- Complete daily reports to maintain office efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with staff and providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
