Customer Service Representative - Hotel Front Desk

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative at our hotel front desk. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest registrations, process payments, and handle room assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Upsell hotel rooms and amenities, promoting loyalty programs and special offers to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Knowledge of hotel software systems and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation/Pay:

$12 - $13 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and additional compensation based on performance and tenure.
