Cocktail Expert

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Cocktail Expert to join our team at Finally Restaurant Group. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails that exceed guest expectations.

You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety protocols, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

As a Cocktail Expert, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in mixology, learn about our menu offerings, and build strong relationships with our guests and colleagues.

• Create unique and delicious cocktails that meet or exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall dining experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Familiarity with Toast POS system and ability to quickly learn new technologies

• An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience
