Job Overview

ProMinent Fluid Controls Inc is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts, including purchase orders, project contracts, NDAs, and master service agreements.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for contract lifecycle management.
  • Provide guidance and training on corporate governance functions, including contract lifecycle management.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks, and provide consultation and training on legal and compliance issues.
  • Support extraordinary transactions, including due diligence and negotiation of contractual conflicts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a Master's degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Certificate.
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements, and conveying legal advice to non-legal colleagues.
  • Strong presentation skills, and ability to lead discussions on legal risk at the executive level.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with personnel at supported businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
