Job SummaryWe are looking for a Home Health Care Assistant to provide non-medical care and assistance to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompanying clients on outings and errands
You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- A clean background check
- Random drug screens
- Ability to arrive on time and maintain regular attendance
