About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned property management professional to support and assist in all aspects of community operations at our apartment home community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring property compliance and managing recertifications and renewals.
  2. Providing excellent customer service and leasing standards.
  3. Managing resident accounts and collecting outstanding balances.
  4. Addressing resident concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Developing and implementing community resident activities and retention programs.
  6. Improving operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  7. Managing occupancy, collections, and expenses.
  8. Maintaining the physical and financial health of the community.
