Job Summary

Dependable Health Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Sahuarita, Arizona. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and provide supportive care in accordance with physician orders and the interdisciplinary group plan of care.
  • Communicate effectively with attending physicians, other staff members, and agencies to coordinate optimal care and resource utilization.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Nurse Case Manager, Program Director, and Medical Director.
Requirements
  • Current licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State of Arizona.
  • Some after-hours and weekend coverage is required.
  • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication, and organized skills.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Possesses and maintains current BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress, and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
  • Currently possess or able to obtain an Arizona class 1 fingerprint clearance card.
  • Home Health experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
