Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Performance Personnel Services & Fabrication. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program CNC machines using CAM software and 3D models
  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts
  • Inspect and test parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other machinists and production staff to meet production goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
  • Proficiency in CAM software and 3D modeling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade school or college degree in a related field
  • Experience with job planning and scheduling
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production staff and management
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The work environment is climate-controlled, and the job requires standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
