Job Title: Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group LLC. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting laboratory tests and experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the success of our research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Laboratory Tests and Experiments: Perform various laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Analysis and Record-Keeping: Record and analyze data accurately, maintaining detailed records and contributing to the development of new protocols and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Operation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in good working condition and performing at optimal levels.
  • Preparation and Sterilization: Prepare and sterilize laboratory materials and solutions, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior Laboratory Experience: Prior experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail and Record-Keeping: Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills are essential for accurate data analysis and record-keeping.
  • Independence and Analytical Skills: Ability to follow protocols and work independently, with good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork abilities are crucial for collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
