Your Role on the Team

The Medical Program Quality Improvement Specialist will promote quality standards and excellence for Blood and Marrow Transplant patients, donors, and their families. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to improve quality and patient safety throughout the BMT program.

What It Takes to be Successful

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as an RN in an Inpatient or Outpatient Oncology setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated practice with and knowledge of chemotherapy agents
  • Current CA RN license and Basic Life Support certification
  • All external candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
