About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials, which includes inspecting and verifying critical parameters. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Issue non-conformance reports for materials that fail to meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Receiving team, Production, and other departments to coordinate material releases and resolve issues.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory levels, document inspection results, record usage decisions, and perform material transfers.
  • Generate monthly reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends, as well as opportunities for improvement and/or efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in production, quality control, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $28.04 to $37.38.
