About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Associate to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Protection: Perform regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks and hazards.
  • Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest and Employee Support: Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees, including answering inquiries, directing traffic, and providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, inspections, and other relevant activities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise incident reports.
  • Computer Experience: Previous experience with computer systems and software, including the ability to use technology to support security operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification: Current certification in first aid and CPR, with the ability to perform basic life-saving techniques as needed.
