Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in Lakeview

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lakeview, OR. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience and be passionate about working with students.


Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • A comprehensive understanding of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students, as well as the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat these conditions.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate integrated support and education plans.
  • Documenting and evaluating student progress towards goals, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
  • Providing education and resources to school staff and families to help support the communication and educational goals of students.
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in school settings or with child-focused therapy is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
