Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide integrated support and education plans.
  • Evaluate and document student progress towards goals, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in school settings or child-focused therapy is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Petitive hourly rate: $60-$80 per hour.
