Truity Partners is seeking a Principal Compensation Solutions Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, and possess outstanding interpersonal abilities. This role will be hybrid following the completion of the training period.
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000.
The Principal Compensation Solutions Analyst will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the execution of the organization’s compensation frameworks and policies.
- Design, propose, and implement innovative solutions for compensation structures.
- Serve as an internal expert on remuneration decisions, policies, and guidelines.
- Establish salary levels and ranges for various roles, including new hires, transfers, and position adjustments.
- Facilitate training sessions for both new and current leaders regarding compensation strategies.
- Process approvals for annual merit increases.
- Oversee the management of compensation survey tools.
- Complete all vendor-related compensation surveys.
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation trends and industry best practices.
- Engage in annual staff surveys and utilize findings to recommend modifications.
- Revise job descriptions as necessary.
- Handle ad hoc projects as required.
The Principal Compensation Solutions Analyst should meet the following qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
- Proficient in conducting detailed analyses.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
