The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000.

The Principal Compensation Solutions Analyst will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the execution of the organization’s compensation frameworks and policies.
  • Design, propose, and implement innovative solutions for compensation structures.
  • Serve as an internal expert on remuneration decisions, policies, and guidelines.
  • Establish salary levels and ranges for various roles, including new hires, transfers, and position adjustments.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both new and current leaders regarding compensation strategies.
  • Process approvals for annual merit increases.
  • Oversee the management of compensation survey tools.
  • Complete all vendor-related compensation surveys.
  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation trends and industry best practices.
  • Engage in annual staff surveys and utilize findings to recommend modifications.
  • Revise job descriptions as necessary.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

The Principal Compensation Solutions Analyst should meet the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Proficient in conducting detailed analyses.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
