Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient practices supporting professional nursing care standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
- BLS certification.
- Specialized training or experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership.
LifeCare Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of $36.42 to $54.64 USD per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, tuition assistance, a 403(b)-retirement plan, and a generous time-off package.
