Pediatrix Medical Group, a leader in specialized healthcare for women, infants, and children, is currently looking for a
BC/BE Neonatologist to enhance our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:


We are inviting applications from full-time BC/BE neonatologists to join our esteemed team at Miami Valley Hospital, recognized for its Level-IIIB neonatal intensive care unit.

Our well-established practice comprises 6 neonatologists and 8 NNPs, providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. Miami Valley Hospital has been the sole provider of ECMO services in the area since 1986. Our collaboration with Dayton Children’s Hospital enhances our ability to deliver comprehensive care to a pediatric population of 1.4 million across a 17-county referral area for perinatal cases.
Coverage and Patient Care:
- 60-bed Level-IIIB NICU
- Average daily census of 42 patients
- 4,000 deliveries and 950 NICU admissions annually
- Access to subspecialty support
- Flexible scheduling for work/life balance, including 7-week blocks
- Call options available from home or in-house call room
- Affiliated with Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine, providing educational opportunities for residents and medical students
