In the role of a mechanical assembly specialist, you will be integral to the assembly and fabrication of our varied product offerings. Your expertise will be essential in the production of high-quality, dependable vehicles, ranging from vacuum and refined fuel trucks to waste oil collection units, water spray vehicles, and our latest addition—dump trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently utilize hand and pneumatic tools to assemble, wire, and install components in alignment with assembly manuals and engineered schematics.
  • Install a diverse array of components, including PTOs, pumps, hydraulics, valves, toolboxes, wire harnesses, fuses, and switches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Meticulously follow written instructions, schematics, and verbal directives to perform assembly tasks with precision.
  • Organize and position materials and parts according to assembly documentation, fostering an orderly and productive work environment.
  • Safely operate various equipment, including hand and pneumatic tools, material handling machinery, and overhead cranes.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of completed work to identify and correct any defects, ensuring all equipment meets rigorous quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently, including the proper use of protective gear such as gloves, eyewear, and safety footwear.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team objectives and achieve production targets.

Position Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of 12V electrical systems.
  • Possession of a basic set of hand tools for assembly duties.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying information clearly and accurately.
