About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Database Architect to join our team at 4 Staffing Corp. As a Database Developer - Financial Data Management, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex database systems for our client's financial applications.

About the Company

Our client is a leading financial services company based in the Tri-State area of Philadelphia, PA. They offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role

This is a telecommute role with a requirement to spend one day per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with SQL Server applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain complex SSIS packages and SSRS reports for financial applications.
  • Manage database object deployments and version control.
  • Collaborate with DBAs to design, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Support application teams in database development, automation, and job scheduling.
  • Ensure data integrity between different environments.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide support for database objects and perform code reviews.
  • Support the build and deployment processes, including packaging of database objects and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server applications and related tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
  • Experience with Snowflake is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Database Developer/Programmer.
  • Proficiency in data warehousing environments.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
