Physical Therapist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, focusing on physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Assess home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • MA Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and use electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
