We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. As a clinician-owned agency, we prioritize a strong work-life balance and provide ongoing support to our clinicians.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
- Assess home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
- Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and well-being.
- Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.
- MA Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
