We're seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse team of caregivers.
Responsibilities:- Provide basic bedside care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
- Administer IV therapy and maintain medical equipment
- Document medical history, vital signs, and patient well-being
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide emotional support and education
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
