About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EVS Lead Technician to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of EVS Technicians in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of EVS Technicians in performing daily cleaning and disinfection tasks
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process
  • Provide training and guidance to EVS Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
