We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EVS Lead Technician to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of EVS Technicians in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of EVS Technicians in performing daily cleaning and disinfection tasks
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process
- Provide training and guidance to EVS Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
