Requirements
- Masters of Social Work from an accredited institution
- Multistate licensure as a LMSW or LCSW
- 2 years of prior social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in palliative care or hospice
- Strong understanding of palliative care principles and issues related to death and dying
- Ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
