KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Northern Missouri. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality images.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Patient Care:** Provide excellent patient care, ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout the imaging process.
- **Radiographic Procedures:** Perform radiographic procedures, including basic X-ray, Operating Room, and fluoro procedures, while maintaining ALARA limits and adhering to radiation safety best practices.
- **Image Quality:** Ensure high-quality images are produced, and any necessary retakes are performed to meet clinical requirements.
- **Professional Development:** Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional growth and development.
**Requirements:**
- **Certification:** ARRT certification is required.
- **Education:** Associate's Degree in Science (or higher) is required.
- **Experience:** Experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
