Baker Tilly RPA Developer Job Description

Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm that provides clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage. We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team and contribute to our five-step approach to managing RPA projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the RPA Business Analyst to conduct business process reviews and create Process Definition Documents.
  • Work with the RPA Solution Architect to build to-be process architecture, considering UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework, Orchestrator queues/assets, and workflow structure.
  • Build RPA automation in UiPath Studio, following Baker Tilly RPA coding standards.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the RPA Business Analyst to create Test Plans and Test Reports.
  • Implement bug fixes and transition automation packages to production environment.
  • Document automation process and architecture in a 'Run Book.'
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of working-level experience with RPA projects.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Software development skills and UiPath certifications are a plus.
