We're a dynamic and vibrant fashion retailer looking for a Store Manager to join our SHEIKE Squad. As a Store Manager, you'll be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE, providing an exceptional customer experience and leading your team of Stylists to do the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
  • Ensure the team is creating a high energy and compelling experience for customers
  • Coach and develop your team consistently to foster their skills and development
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
  • Manage your roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering
  • Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the SHEIKE brand and values and to provide them with an excellent welcome, training and induction to the business
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop and influence others
  • Have outstanding standards of VM and store presentation
  • Drive a commercial business
  • Excellent operations and stock management
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • Experience in leading, recruiting and developing a team
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one team environment
  • Self-motivated and strong communicator
  • A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador that believes in excellence always
