Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning designated areas, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
• Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify of delayed pickup times, informing members of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

• Customer service experience, including operating cash registers and working with mobile retail applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
