We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Technology Consultant to join our team at Point B. As a key member of our Digital & Tech Modernization practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients transform their front of house restaurant technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation, and deployment of front of house restaurant technologies.
- Develop holistic strategies for client Enterprise-wide front of house initiatives.
- Build and cultivate business relationships and contribute to the growth of our practice area.
- Provide leadership across multiple industries and a variety of business functional areas.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
- 2-4 years of management consulting experience.
- 2-4 years of multi-unit front of house restaurant technology experience.
- Prefer candidates who have operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or have worked for a restaurant brand.

What We Expect:
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
- Hands-on experience in restaurant technology transformation advisory, and program/delivery leadership.
- Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and SaaS solution (POS, KDS, DMB, Kiosk, Drive-Thru, Reservations, Catering/Events, etc.) planning, selection, and implementation.
