Job Overview:
This role involves the planning, execution, documentation, and maintenance of solutions for the integration and assessment of both in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or government off-the-shelf (GOTS) components, subsystems, and systems.
The position requires establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, addressing hardware/software interface challenges, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring the seamless integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, and deriving requirements for testability, as well as developing and overseeing the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
Additionally, coordination of subsystem and/or system testing activities with various programs and organizations is essential.Analysis of test results will be performed, leading to the preparation of detailed subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.
Documentation of reports and conducting integration testing to confirm the effectiveness of incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems is also a key responsibility.Minimum Required Qualifications:
Active secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree
A strong foundation in troubleshooting and debugging is crucial, as this position will involve supporting the existing installed test equipment base utilized on the production floor, along with the development of new equipment.
Candidates should possess a working familiarity with measurement and test equipment.Familiarity with various test equipment, both contemporary and legacy, as well as knowledge of the different vendors that manufacture such equipment, is expected.
Significant experience in programming test equipment and automating test and measurement solutions using LabVIEW is required.Experience with Test Stand is also necessary.
First Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in programming with Python is preferred.
