Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk/Concierge to join our team at Somerby Franklin. As a Front Desk/Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors
  • Handle and direct incoming phone calls
  • Inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries
  • Accommodate residents' requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • CPR Certified
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
