Job Summary
The Prep Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food and beverages to our Members and Guests. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food and beverages to the highest standards, adhering to our quality and presentation guidelines.
- Set up and execute daily prep and organization of individual workstations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless execution of menu items and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our health and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to Member and Guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our service standards and quality goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
