Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to seniors and individuals with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
  • Document any changes or concerns and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Work closely with home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
