We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Benefits Solutions Consultant to join our team at Monarch Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as retaining existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Source and close new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, networking, and emails to achieve assigned quota.
- Understand customer needs and present benefits performance assessments to prospects.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects, contacts, and mailing lists.
- Attend relevant events and training sessions to promote new business opportunities.
- Call existing and potential clients to secure attendance at seminars and workshops.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outside sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred.
- Life and Health license to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
