We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art facility, a top-of-the-line professional clinical and business team, and a brand-new 11-op facility. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with our experienced team of dental professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Requirements:
- Dental License (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package, including a six-month guaranteed base rate of $11,500 per month ($138,000 per year) or 26-30% of production, whichever is greater
- Anticipated pay from generated production is $300,000-$400,000 based on motivation, drive, and skill set
