Nurse Practitioner

Rimrock Foundation seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, promoting a culture of safety and respect, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record.
- Administer medications as prescribed, monitor patient responses, and report any concerns to the Director of Patient Care or Medical Director.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting patient engagement and empowerment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will also be proficient in Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
