Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team at Corporate Cleaning Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of janitorial services within an assigned territory in Grand Rapids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cleaning and floor care staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers, staff, and superiors.
  • Inspections and Security: Conduct routine inspections and ensure all facilities are properly secured at the end of each shift.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing within budgeted hours and plan weekly agendas for special projects or focus areas.
  • Performance Reviews: Lead performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is necessary for this role.
  • Custodial Experience: Custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Reliability and Transportation: Excellent attendance record and reliable transportation are essential for this position.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required to succeed in this role.
  • Planning and Organizational Abilities: Effective planning and organizational abilities are necessary to manage multiple locations and staff.
