Job Summary:

  • Inspecting properties to identify areas that require cleaning or restoration.
  • Developing and implementing customized cleaning and restoration plans to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including company vehicles and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment and materials.
