Job Title: Member Services Representative

Solis Health Plans is a dynamic and growing Medicare Advantage company that provides innovative solutions to improve the healthcare experience for our members and providers. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Member Services Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about plan benefits, coverage, and services.
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on plan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
