Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Transport individuals to community settings and provide support during outings and activities
  • Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities
  • Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of background checks
  • Reliable and responsible attitude
  • Compassionate approach and commitment to quality
