Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN EP Cath Lab to join our team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. As a Registered Nurse RN EP Cath Lab, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, assist with procedures, and supervise other nursing personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Provides, assists, and supervises direct nursing care to patients, in accordance with physicians' orders, recognized nursing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Utilizes the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Supervises other nursing personnel to assure compliance with hospital and unit standards.
Requirements
  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
