Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team at NextEra Energy, Inc. as a Renewable Energy Project Manager. Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on wind and solar power generation.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as GIS mapping and energy modeling tools.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish or Portuguese.
