Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve institutional outcomes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with institutional research standards and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including senior administrators, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data governance, data security, and data compliance.
  • Knowledge of institutional research principles and practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
