Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar energy systems.
- Conduct equipment replacements and perform final inspections to ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to communicate effectively regarding system performance and issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in working with SolarEdge and Enphase photovoltaic systems.
- Experience with battery systems such as LG Chem, SolarEdge, Tesla, and/or Enphase is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with solar systems and inverters.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of spatial concepts and basic mathematics.
- Familiarity with online and mobile software tools is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $35, based on experience.
- Comprehensive health insurance with multiple plan options, covering 90% of the employee premium for the base plan.
