We are seeking an exceptional Talent Development Strategist to join our People Operations Team at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations.

Estimated Salary Range: $74,000 - $100,000 annuallyJob DescriptionThis role plays a vital part in driving our development and training programs, aligning with our strategic vision, budget, evaluation, and program enhancements within Learning and Development.
- Develop and implement learning solutions to meet critical talent needs, working closely with People Operations Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team, and key leadership.
- Design and deliver high-caliber training content for professionals across all levels and segments of our business.
- Lead a team of Training Coordinators, coaching, mentoring, and developing them to grow with the L&D program.
This position requires:
- A deep understanding of adult learning design, delivery, and evaluation effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey training material and consult with business leaders.
- Project management skills to oversee training initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
- Over three years of experience in adult learning, including content and program development, people management, and training in a business environment.
Experience leading a corporate learning and development program or department is preferred.
