Job Title: Learning Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are relevant and effective.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and rapid development authoring tools.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and other learning technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
