About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team on a part-time basis. As an LPN in our Neuro Care unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing supervisor
  • Document resident care in electronic medical records
  • Transcribe physician orders and licensed staff accurately into EMR
  • Provide shift input of resident care needs to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan
  • Maintain awareness of changing resident needs and adjust work assignments accordingly
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
  • Leadership ability and effective communication skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive pay rate of $25.75 based on experience
  • A part-time schedule with flexible hours
  • A sign-on bonus of $1,500
  • A 15:1 nurse-to-patient ratio for medication administration
  • Double weekends work 4 shifts and get paid for 5
