Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients within the scope of practice, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Assess and respond to the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients, identifying and addressing any health concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Missouri RN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Corrections experience not required, but ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check
