Progressive Care Unit RN

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
- AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high acuity PCU or critical care unit
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per annum
